Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 15 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.
• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/08 and 08/26.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• The bar is open between 04/05 and 09/27.
• The grocery shop is open between 04/05 and 09/27.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The restaurant is open between 04/05 and 09/27.
• This is a quiet park: no music is allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €270.00 ($280.44) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 7 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €70.00 ($72.71) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 04/05 and 09/27.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/15 and 09/27 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 07/08 and 08/25.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/05 - 07/07 and 08/26 - 09/27.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
