  • Farm site with sea views next to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path
  • Within walking distance of Porthclais Harbour and St Davids
  • Dog-friendly and a short drive from St Justinian's for boat trips
If you like the idea of strolling directly from your pitch to the sea, plant yourself down at Porthclais Farm Campsite on the Pembrokeshire coast. Set on a farm next to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, it’ll take you just five minutes to plod down to Porthclais Harbour. Not only that, but there’s a footpath from the farm (taking around half an hour) to St Davids, the smallest city in the UK. Once there, there’s plenty to see, from St Davids Cathedral to art galleries, shops and rows of great eateries. There are miles of stunning scenery along the coastal path to see, and also sea views from the pitches at Porthclais Farm Campsite. The St Justinian's boat ramp is also just a five-minute drive away, running boat trips for dolphin spotting or wildlife watching around Ramsey Island; Atlantic grey seals, porpoises and seabirds like chough are often spotted. There are toilets, showers and a washing-up area on site. Dogs are also welcome at Porthclais Farm Campsite.

Primitive grass and earth tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked The the freedom to pitch our tent wherever we wanted, ability to have a campfire, the location and direct access to coastal path, breakfast available from the kiosk. Toilets were very clean and well stocked with toilet paper and hand soap.

Disliked Thought showers could have done with a deep clean.

Primitive grass and earth tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked Loved the location and view. Not far from St. Davids which was handy, and had an awesome day at the beach that was only a 10 minute drive away.

Disliked Toilets/washroom were a little far away. The coastal walk wasn't signposted so ended up walking across what was signposted as 'private land', but was part of the site, but i didn't see we had any other choice. The reception was never open whilst we there so no greeting off anyone, which is fine tho we were told to get there before 6pm. There were a lot of signs everywhere (don't do this/don't do that) but no one there to query anything with. Charged £1 for showers that were on a timer.
