This campsite offers a relaxed vibe with spacious sites and great, clean facilities like powerful showers & a well-equipped kitchen. The cafe gets praise for tasty food & sometimes live music. Staff are friendly & helpful. Location is perfect for exploring beaches & sights. Most guests had a good time, though some mentioned muddy paths after rain & occasional noise.

Primitive grass campsite

Liked Beautiful rural campsite featuring 4 or 5 lush green verdant grass meadows of soft grass. Tents are restricted to the edges of fields so it is never overly full. Local village Lamphey is 10 minute walk away and the Dial Inn pub does brilliant pub grub and two decent cask ales. Cafe at campsite is also a hit with live music and pizzas. Showers are powerful and lively and warm.

Disliked Could be more toilet options as it's a bit of a hike from some fields and cleanliness of toilets could have been better but nitpicking. Also the big barn light at night kind of blocked out some of the stargazing when it came on.

Liked Apart from not being able to have your car by the pitch, brilliant and able to do as you want obviously respect the other campers but ye go for it and enjoy lol would be even better when not peak time for holidays haha. The music on some nights is lovely backround music in the day/evening when sat chilling 😎

Disliked Dogs off leads!! Very uneasy when approaching my kids 14, 12, 1 year olds
Nothing ever happened but you never know and some those dogs where not small lol
Just think they should be on leads when walking around the site, also people from. Other fileds walking they dogs to other fields to go toilet ( seen a few repeating this ) daily sometimes twice aday, bit rude I thought but that's my opinion lol. Beware of the shower as it tends to go from ye nice no nope ice cold too skin melting hot haha.

Local attractions

Tiptop Tenby, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Pembrokeshire coast, is seven miles or 15 minutes' drive from the farm. Parking can be tricky in high season so the Dewslake Farm Camping and Glamping owners recommend getting the train from Lamphey: once in town, there are two and a half miles' worth of beaches to roam, a handsome centre with independent shops, cafés and restaurants to potter around, medieval town walls including the Five Arches to snap pics of, and the Tenby Museum and Art Gallery for cultured hours and souvenirs. Boat trips leave from Tenby's harbour to Caldey Island. More popular spots nearby are Manorbier beach and castle, and the famed sands of Freshwater East, a long stretch of beach that's a top pick for sea swimming; both are four miles or under 10 minutes' drive away. From Barafundle Bay (15 minutes), hike the clifftop path for about 20 minutes to Stackpole Quay and its tearoom – or park at Stackpole and hike to Barafundle and back again. The surfing waves of Freshwater West are 20 minutes' drive away.
