What customers say
This well-kept, quiet spot's a hit with families and dog lovers. Reviewers rave about the great pool, game room, and fun family entertainment like a bouncy castle. Pitches are usually good, though some are sloped or tight. Restrooms are spotless with hot water, but a few noted missing dishwashing sinks and fickle shower temps. Close to attractions.

Good size pitches and fairly clean…
FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Good size pitches and fairly clean bathroom/toilets. Only two shower cubicles and toilets but most of the pitch’s were occupied by statics caravans or caravans therefore not busy. Good little pub inside with bouncy castle to entertain the children. Good choice of play areas.
Disliked No kitchen area to wash up used plates and utensils. Pitch’s quiet close to each other therefore felt a little crowded. Went to the reception area to ask for advice but always seems closed.

Isn’t far from saundersfoot & Tenby.…
Primitive grass tent campsite (wild)
Liked Isn’t far from saundersfoot & Tenby. Or folly farm for the children.
Disliked Arrived at the site, to no pitch, no picnic table as stated, no firepit. No signal and no WiFi in the tent field as advertised, had to drive out to contact a number and had to leave a voicemail as the reception and line close at 4pm. The owner shortly contacted me back with awful attitude and no apology, stressing it’s “wild camping”. But if you haven’t got enough staff to keep up with your customers then don’t accept the bookings and the £80 we payed, to supply nothing that’s advertised! She advised me she’d come and see me when she’s back in on Sunday to sort the issue and not once did I see her. Another family were left to their own devices also, until someone came and mowed their pitch the next day. Over all a bad experience and TERRIBLE value for money. Also not many activities on site if you want to keep your child busy.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
When your concerns were brought to our attention, we responded as quickly as possible, attended the wild camping field to assist and offered a goodwill gesture in an effort to resolve the situation during your stay.
As we are located in rural Pembrokeshire, mobile phone signal and Wi-Fi can be patchy in some areas. This is highlighted on our website and within our booking information so that guests are aware before they arrive.
As a family-run park, we pride ourselves on providing friendly customer service and always encourage guests to contact us if they need assistance so that we can help resolve any issues during their stay.
We are always looking for ways to improve our facilities and services, and we appreciate all constructive feedback from our guests.

Worth a visit, highly recommend and will return
Primitive grass tent campsite (wild)
Liked The facilities are clean and tidy, the access to the pool and games room was great. Very family friendly and focused on children. The football goals and space specifically for children in the camping field was really well thought out, and the children’s bouncy castle was free in the little bar area which was a bonus and will be returning 😁
Also the tent field wasn't overcrowded and could have plenty of privacy.
Disliked The wild camping field is across a busy road, but there is a pathway to site I thought it was on site but this wasn’t really a dislike at all.

We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our friendly team, clean facilities and peaceful surroundings. It's lovely to know you would recommend us to others.
As a rural park in the heart of Pembrokeshire, we're ideally placed for exploring the county. While many guests choose to travel by car, we are also fortunate to have the 381 bus service stopping directly outside the park, providing links between Haverfordwest and Tenby.
We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Redford Caravan Park again soon.
