Liked: Shower block was immaculate. Park is well maintained.
Disliked: I should have checked in advance if bikes were allowed to be ridden around the park. It didn't matter so much as the children enjoyed in the park instead.

From the manager: Thank You for your review, hope to see you again. The park roads can be a bit busy with static owners too, so thinking of safety we prefer bicycles and scooters not to be ridden around the park.
Clean, friendly, very quiet and safe for children

Liked: Good play area and really safe for our children (both 9 years old). The communal facilities were good and plenty of local pubs/restaurants and cafes.

Liked: Fantastic pitch opposite Kingfisher View (the river), great walks alongside the canal. Facilities were very close to the touring pitches and always nice and clean. Older son loves nature so being near the river was fantastic. Easy check in. Great wifi connection (so the teen was happy!)

Liked: From start to finish of our break everything just perfect. The site is a little gem, lovely river area and the pitches are level and spacious. The shower and toilets are immaculate with lovely hot water. Site is so well maintained and Jane, Mervyn and staff do an amazing job ensuring your every need is met.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike about the site. A bit of road noise can be heard as can the train track but it didn’t bother us. Our only problem was our car broke down when leaving after a lot of confusion with the AA we ended up staying an extra night (no complaints there) . Again everyone did their utmost to help in any way they could.

Liked: Smooth check in, warm, clean and modern facilities with a powerful shower that was push button but stayed on for just the right amount of time. Very well kept site, level service pitches, handy bus stop just across the road from the site, lovely pub The Abermule Inn with delicious food also just a stroll away. Yes you do get a little road noise but it just blends into the background and we stayed over a Bank Holiday weekend. Plenty of walks straight from the site. We will definitely be returning soon.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.
