What customers say
This peaceful, well-located campsite has friendly owners. Pitches are spacious, and facilities are generally clean. Guests enjoyed country views. Muddy fields after rain sometimes required tractor assistance, and a few experienced camper noise. More showers would be welcome during busy times.

FHU grass campsite
Liked Very close to centre, shopping areas, pubs and restaurants and at the same time very peaceful and quite area. There are horses next to you, lots of wild birds. Owner of the site was a great person, we had a chance to meet with him. He was so kind and he had very warm welcome to us. We highly recommend this camping site.

Disliked The door of the caravan did not close, the owner said he would fix it but did not so I missed the festival in town i came to see and was very disapointed , i left on Sunday because i did not feel save to keep my belonings in the caravan because the key to the door was outside and stuck and every one could see it

Space to pitch our tent where…
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Space to pitch our tent where we liked within our assigned area. Proximity to other locations for day trips. Close to Lampeter & its amenities. Great views. Friendly owners
Disliked The grass had been cut at some point previously when it was long, but it had just left insitú to dry out so it got everywhere, including constantly blowing into our tent when entering/exiting. It felt like camping in a hay barn, yet the grass growing was still long, clumpy & unkempt. Having our belongings (& us) always covered in dried grass really got us down. Some of the other campers were not considerate of children being around & would sit around the firepit late into the night (which was near our pitch) drinking, blaring music, swearing profusely & talking very loudly. Had they got quieter at a reasonable time (even up to 22.00) & not used swear words like a conjunction we wouldn't have minded so much. We had naively thought the site was going to be peaceful, but it was full & busy (admittedly it was a bank holiday weekend). Because the campsite was busy the 2 toilets & showers on site were not enough. We ended up leaving a day earlier than booked (booked 3 nights & stayed 2) & checked into a hotel for our remaining stay so we could get clean & have restful sleep

Insgesamt hatten wir hier eine gute Zeit! Gerne wieder.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
