Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a £20.00 ($27.29) fee.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 20 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the 4pm.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the key safe system instead.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed during high season between 03/01 and 03/31.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The bar is open between 04/07 and 10/31.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £75.00 ($102.32) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £60.00 ($81.86) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
• Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
