Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.
• There is no reception at this park. Please check-in at the Your Lodge instead.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £75.00 ($101.43) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £75.00 ($101.43) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
• Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
