What customers say
This highly recommended campsite boasts a beautiful, peaceful setting with spacious spots. Guests loved the clean facilities, friendly staff, and choice of their own spot. Kayaking, cycling, and estate exploration were big hits. While some noted midges and limited local shops, most raved about the natural beauty, wildlife, and stargazing. Many plan to return!

Powered grass campsite (eight person)
Liked Lovely quiet and peaceful place. Not really any cars on the road to get there. Super easy to just arrive, pick a place to pitch our tent and enjoy. Shower and toilet facilities are great. Loved the info centre and shame on anyone who is dishonest when visiting it.

Fabulous site & would highly recommend
Powered grass and gravel campsite
Liked This is a fantastic site within the most gorgeous grounds.
The owners are so lovely and very helpful.
The optional extras available are amazing such as bike / kayak hire.
All the facilities are kept very clean.
Great to be able to choose your own pitch which was especially appreciated as we have a dog who although is very friendly can be vocal so we could be a bit further away.
We will absolutely return so we can make use of the bike and Kayaks.

Brilliant site with great staff, clean facilities and more!
Powered grass campsite (eight person)
Liked A wonderful camping experience from start to end. Beautiful grounds and so much to explore. A warm friendly welcome and extremely accommodating and genuine from coming to tell the girls that a deer was near by to look at, to making sure our stay was ok as a large group arrived so was just checking in due to possible noise etc. but we had a great time and look forward to visiting again with more of our camping crew.
