Balinoe Campsite Tiree is in the south west of the Isle of Tiree with views towards Mull and the Treshnish Isles - offering sheltered pitches amongst some of Tiree’s only trees! Our facilities include an indoor eating and kitchen area (including cooker, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle), hot shower, washhand basin and toilet facilities, fresh running water from exterior taps and complimentary wifi hotspot. The Isle of Tiree in the Hebrides holds a reputation as Scotland's premier watersports wind and wave destination, so is the perfect place to come and participate in the windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, sandyachting and surfing. Our friendly and qualified staff will ensure we provide the appropriate activity for the conditions.

Local attractions

Balinoe is approximately six miles from the ferry terminal (Gott Bay), and three miles from the airport (Crossapol). Most of the island's facilities are in Scarinish, Tiree's main village. Scarinish is around half a mile from the ferry port. There is an RBS branch, post office, Co-op supermarket, local butcher and a hotel/bar. I & F MacLeods are a general store and newsagent located in Crossapol which is the nearest shop to the campsite. Wild Diamond is the primary watersports school on the island.
