Liked: Owner, very pleasant and helpful. Price about the best in Ireland for motorhomes. Early check in, late checkout always very welcome. Toilet block clean and tidy. Location by Lough Allen very pleasant.
Disliked: Did not take the short walk into town so cant comment on it. Appeared to be some constuction work going on (vehicles)' but this did not cause a problem. Nearby hotel closed at the moment.

Liked: Setting was beautiful, we had a nice pitch and we were thrilled to see the Northern Lights! The campsite was quiet and no additional cost for showers. Very relaxed check-in, no pressure of any sort. Sean, whom we met on the last day, was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Kitchen was pretty small but adequate. It was in a mess - full of dirty cups, no basin to wash up in, when we looked in. Showers were good with nice tiling and fresh shower curtains, but there was no evidence of daily cleaning. Overall, the floors were dirty and made one feel a bit squeamish about using the facilities.

Liked: Lovely setting right on the shore of Lough (lake) Allen. Reasonable price. Friendly site manager.
Disliked: Toilets and showers were not quite up to the standard of repair and cleanliness I would expect. (It was a bank holiday weekend, so maybe staff absence impacted this issue)

Liked: Warm welcome and reduced rate. Hot showers in a large facility in need of wall and ceiling surface repair.
Disliked: We were not warned in advance that the camping field would be full of a large group of tents pitched far too close together for safety. The group although friendly were very noisy and eventually quiet around 4am. The water tap had a standard garden hose attached and not a blue food grade hose attached. The same hose had to be used for flushing toilet cassettes. Chemical toilet disposal point although dedicated was an ordinary WC.
