Camp Ashmore is a peaceful, spacious and grassy site a couple of minutes' walk from the village of Ashmore in the middle of the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You're surrounded by heritage coastline, protected woodlands and open countryside, and within easy reach of the walking, cycling and horse riding trails of the New Forest National Park. The site is set across an open grass field bordered by working farmland and mature forest where you can go walking, birdwatching and and wildlife spotting for hares, rabbits and deer. Among the amenities are a washing-up area and a well-maintained sanitary block with toilets, washbasins and hot showers. Campfires are allowed in the firepits designated to each pitch, and logs can be purchased from the site owners. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
