Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked I stayed at Garslade Farm last night and it was worth every penny. A proper peaceful place with a lovely atmosphere, the sort of spot where the shoulders drop before you have even finished parking.
Mario met me when I arrived and could not have been more friendly, welcoming and accommodating. No fuss, no awkwardness, just decent human warmth, which counts for a lot when you are travelling.
The place has a calm, easy feel to it. Green, quiet, relaxed, and exactly what I needed. Lovely surroundings, friendly welcome, good value, and a proper little pocket of peace.
I would happily stay again.
