Liked: An absolutely spotless site. The facilities are so clean and well maintained. The welcome and show to your pitch was a nice touch. The cafe served up great food and service and the whole site was also super flat! The location of the site is also great for access to Brean and local areas for beaches and walks
Disliked: The only negative I could add is that the water in the ladies shower and sinks was incredibly hot. It made for a nice shower but I'd say it was close to being too hot especially for children

Liked: We visited Diamond park on the 18/19th may, it was our first time camping we had the non electric pitch, it was beautiful. We overlooked the river and it was quiet with about 6 other campers around us. Dog friendly - we had a lovely walk along the river with our puppy, on site facilities were second to none, very clean! The onsite shop has so many things in definitely ideal if you have forgotten anything, the cafe was amazing, the staff are so friendly, the breakfast was really nice! We will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The WiFi connection wasn’t great. We kept losing signal and struggled to connect sometimes. It was disappointing as we had paid for the WiFi. This was the only disadvantage to our camping trip. This may have been because we stayed in the non electric pitch which is in the back field, when we drove through the site we had good connection.

If booking, go for the Delux touring pitch, with private pod.

Liked: Large deluxe pitch with own pod. The toilet and shower in the pod was spotless, and the shower worked really well. Lovely position on site to watch the sunset, and in a perfect location to go on the walks along the cycle paths. The staff we met were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Liked: Lovey clean park, friendly staff , sorted my booking mistake easily and was happy to accommodate me one more night. Very close to a big beach which dogs are allowed all year. Cathy on site but I didn’t use it. Good stock to shop, very clean hot showers, separate changing area. I will be going back if in that area.
Disliked: Security bars you can’t get in and out when you wish. I had to leave early but couldn’t get out. Nobody answered either phone numbers. So unfortunately it made me late for my commitment. A coded Gate would be much more friendlier.

From the manager: Thank you for the review; we hope to see you again soon! We have security barriers at night. However, if you need to leave early, it is best to arrange this with Reception in advance, and we will happily open them for you.

Liked: Pitch and deluxe pod were great. Close to beach and nature reserve. Easy walking, nice and level. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Ideal for families with young children.
Disliked: As the site is 97% seasonal pitches, made the site feel a bit like an already established community in which we were encroaching. Large site, around 400 season pitches, I could imagine getting very busy at high season. We paid for the Wi-Fi, but it was very slow.
