Liked: Showers and toilets clean. Wardens were kind and friendly. Walking distance of an average pub
Disliked: Very quiet campsite next to a train line and road, no noise other than regular trains day and night. Quite soul-less. I think there are lots of longterm caravans here and so they are empty. Ok if you want a quiet pitch looking at an empty caravan and a hedge. Not really a family campsite. Poor phone reception and WiFi that cost £10 for 2 nights didn’t work. We were refunded though and they did try and fix it. Expensive for grass electric pitch

Liked: There is absolutely nothing negative to say about Whitemead. I found it to be a wonderful site with excellent facilities in a great location for everything I wanted to do. The ablutions were clean, with plenty of stalls and privacy. Even had music playing which I thought was fab! My young children enjoyed that too! There is ample washing facilities for dishes and a washing machine and tumble drier was also available! Additionally the shop was well stocked and a games room was available. The site is a lovely size and felt safe, children happily ran around and played until the quiet hours began and then those hours were well respected. The plots had ample space to set up. The staff were fabulous, polite, informative and on the whole, just nice decent helpful people. I would thoroughly recommend this site to anyone. I had small children with me (5 & 6) but would happily return without children - and I likely will! There is also a play park which the children loved! The transport available (bus/train) is a walkable stones throw away including a nearby pub that offers 10% discount on food for staying there. A great stay at a great location! Beyond happy that I found this little gem!
Disliked: Nothing negative to say at all!

Liked: We had a great experience at Whitemead caravan park. On arrival the staff member were very friendly, took us to our pitch, showed us the facilities etc. They were really helpful and gave us some insight and suggestions on the area. The amenities were very very clean, nice and good quality. Nice toilets, showers, kitchen and washing room. The campsite/grounds were kept tidy, clean and well looked after. All of the fellow visitors were friendly and it's got a nice vibe to the place. We've got a 4 month old baby and felt really comfortable staying there with him. Overall it was a great campsite, will definitely stay there again, have already recommended friends to stay there and they've had the same great experience. 5 stars for everything. Haven't rated the WiFi as we didn't need to use it.

Liked: Showers were emaculate and guest respect cleanness and left no mess. Site mixture of tents and caravans, but mainly caravans on our stay. Our pitch backed onto a field and was lovely, some other pitches a bit more closed in or shaded Location perfect for lulworth cove and durdle door by car or bus. and train station across the road. Also bovington tank museum 2 mins drive.
Disliked: Heavy rain in night and pitch became water logged. Ground sheets worked but next few days became mud bath under tent. Quite strict on children playing and needing to be supervised for under 14's

Liked: Really lovely site with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The washing up facilities and washrooms/ toilets were spotless and probably one of the best we’ve stayed at. Great location for exploring the area and good public transport links (bus and train). Quite expensive.. but then you get what you pay for! Def recommend

Liked: Excellent site. Showers and toilets very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Good pub ‘the ship inn’ opposite and close to bus stops and train station. Buses are cheap and run to Lulworth, Swannage and Weymouth . Nice little shop on site. Definitely coming back!
Disliked: Wi-Fi not great, but could get it at the Ship inn pub so wasn’t concerned.
