Liked: Lovely quiet site, clean shower block and toilets Staff very friendly and welcoming, even lent us a hosepipe for the rest of our stay as ours had a leak, we were out for the day they turned the water off left a replacement hosepipe and contacted us to let us know. Dorset Nectar cider farm well worth a visit, walking distance, tour was informative and the ploughman’s lunch was spot on accompanied by various ciders
Disliked: Only thing worth mentioning is the access road is quite narrow but only for a short distance

From the manager: Thank you for your kind review. Dorset Nectar is very popular with our campers - how lucky we are to have it within walking distance! We look forward to seeing you again.

Liked: Lovely campsite, beautiful views, very quiet, close to everything we wanted. Staff really friendly. We forgot our electric cable to plug in and they kindly lent us one for our stay. Firepits were fab. Showers and toilets clean. Would 100% recommend. Little shop with the best ice-cream (Baboo)!

Foxglove powered grass campsite
Liked: Superb facilities. All well kept and clean. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Handy little shop on site. The fire pit proved very handy for those cold June (yes June) afternoons and evenings, and thankfully the shop was well stocked with wood.

From the manager: It does seem crazy that the warmth from the firepit is still needed in June! But they do create a lovely campsite atmosphere too. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you again.
