Little Shepherd primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked: I loved how it was a busy environment with lots of friendly people and families. I also loved the wildlife around like the rabbits, alpacas, birds and sheep!! The facilities were great, such as the toilets and showers, as well as pub and shop were very handy. Lots of stuff in the shop such as camping stuff was very helpful as we were some tent pegs short!! The staff have been so friendly throughout and provided cups of hot water when asked for it. Perfect location too with costal paths to West Bay and Eype Beach, and 5 min drive to Bridport and 20 min drive to Lyme Regis so very great location for travelling and exploring.

Liked: We have just had three wonderful days at Highlands End, Dorset. The park is so well kept with amazing views of the surrounding countryside and coast and attention to wildlife with bug hotels and hedgehog houses, bunnies can be seen everywhere. Check in is very easy and we particularly liked the fact that you can choose your own pitch instead of being allocated, then can move mid stay if one comes up with better views. The shower block, toilets and washing up area were all kept spotlessly clean. The wardens were really helpful in notifying us when the wind had picked up and was threatening our friends awning and we were off site. All in all a really positive experience. Many thanks.
Disliked: No dislikes

Liked: Excellent campsite with beautiful views over the sea. Facilities were always clean and accessible. Check-in and check-out are all automatic, so there is no waiting or hassle. With a shop, pub, playground and dog walking area there is hardly any other reason than exploring to leave the place.

Little Shepherd primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked: We loved the camp spot at Little Shepherd, absolutely stunning views and the neat and tidy ablutions. Everyone enjoyed the weekend and absolutely loved that although there were dogs allowed there was no unnecessary barking. Highlands End is so beautiful and superbly well maintained, thank you. We also loved that the ranger drove around a few times to check on everyone, that made us feel safe and looked after. Thank you and we will most definitely be back soon.
Disliked: Nothing at all!

Disliked: Restaurant were booked up on arrival, no on on reception to help after 7 and over the weekend. Pool facilities also closed during our stay so in reality… the facilities we had access to were slim. Friends had booked a 6 berth pod and were given details of a 4 berth with no one available on reception all weekend to assist

Liked: Lovely facilities, quiet, stunning scenery, food and drink onsite excellent.
Disliked: Camping pitches furthest from toilet block whilst motor homes with on board facilities closest to toilets etc. Camping field most exposed to elements being at highest point in site. Unfortunately weather conditions extremely windy on last day with gusts of 40 mph we had to pack up and leave early, had tents been in more sheltered situation we could have stayed.
