Liked: Tranquility and scenery were food for the soul. No glamping, just pure connection with nature and wildlife and drink in the views. Lovely hot showers, great low carbon footprint camping. A great escape for quiet, nature loving people to relax and unwind. Generous pitches too
Disliked: Not quite level pitches, but small price to pay

Liked: The showers were amazing as was the view. Very easy going with fire pits and friendly doggo.
Disliked: A little wonky, as it's on a little hill.

Liked: Lovely site, with a coffee shed each morning and although compost toilets they were not the worst we have experienced
Disliked: Access on single track roads with a lot of tractor traffic. A remote site. Could of been more toilets - only 3 in working order.

Liked: The views were excellent! A small glimpse of the ocean from the pitches but the surrounding countryside was absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to be there when there was pizza freshly cooked (pre-book ahead) and it was tasty. Fire pits and spacious sites were excellent. Hot and powerful shower! I wasn’t personally a fan of the composting toilet but was expecting it and my partner thought they were absolutely fine - so I liked the information beforehand! The track up to the campsite was fine and not as bad as other commenters made out- though we are used to smaller roads.

Liked: Very peaceful site. Lovely to see children making their own entertainment. Pizza night was great all the campers getting to know each other while they waited for delicious pizzas to cook. Coffee shack very welcome in the morning.
Disliked: My 10yr old god daughter not a fan of the basic loo, but facilities all clean & tidy.

Liked: Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Owner went out of his way to help us when wet ground made driving the camper van difficult. Fantastic homemade pizzas and excellent coffee. Friendly pet dog padding around the site too Showers were hot, powerful and clean

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Received an email saying bring your own wood because the owner had misjudged amount needed.. shower block was declared structurally compromised so rudimentary shower only. Utility room had no water for dishes etc , but there was a freezer for ice blocks. Path To the field for camping was up a steep potholed rutted tyre track that petered out onto a field Was not willing to pull my vehicle onto a waterlogged field. Did not even get as far as the composting toilet. Nothing for miles around ... stayed one hour out of a proposed 5 day stay. There are no motor home pitches , just a grass field.

Liked: Big field with plenty of space for everyone. New amenity block (under construction, May 2024. Owner very helpful. Freezer available. Charmouth Beach Parking £6 for the day for my Campervan & was a fair price compared to the other local beaches & towns that have really heavy restrictions on parking Campervans. Dorset sadly isn't Campervan friendly at all for day parking. I couldn't relax for fear of a Parking fine. Lyme Regis costs £20 per day & I failed to find parking in Weymouth. I feel sorry for the local businesses, frustratingly, I cut my trip short & went home to enjoy my sunny garden.
Disliked: Not a dislike, as it's a single track road, drive slowly driving to the farm site from the main road. Quite a sloping field, you'll need to find a way to level your Campervan.
