What customers say
This campsite offers a tranquil escape with beautiful views, lauded for its welcoming owners. Guests rave about roomy sites, spotless amenities, and a well-stocked store. Family favorites include interactions with free-roaming animals. While overwhelmingly positive, a few mention older showers and some road noise, which is being addressed. The site's green practices and fair prices are also appreciated.

Primitive grass tent campsite (two person, small)
Liked We camped on site for four nights, great views from the camping field, good facilities. The site is well situated for visiting Tavistock and the local National trust sites nearby, a little further afield is plymouth which is about 35 mins away. we would happily go to site again.

Primitive grass campsite (secluded)
Liked Lovely site loved the secluded bay for our tent. Lovely clean shower and toilet block ,
use of a fridge/freezer and lots of recycle bins. Nice stroll around the camp site, seeing the farm life very friendly chickens. had a lovely stay and can't wait to return. This was our 3rd site being new to camping and this was the best experience we have had. The WiFi was good and there was a shop which we didn't use. Owners were very friendly. Didn't hear the animals and very peaceful. Saw some rabbits. We also had a picnic table we could use. We will be back.
Disliked Nothing.

Nous avons bien aimé surtout l’accueil.
#3 camping pod (no pets)

Primitive grass campsite (secluded)
Liked Loved the site. Secluded pitch was fab. I particularly liked the hosts who told me some funny tales. It’s a large site with an enclosed dog field. Toilets and showers. I can’t wait to visit again. We even had 4 chickens come to say hello in the morning.
Disliked Nothing. Apart from I couldn’t stay longer.
