Beachside Holiday Park is a 5 star static caravan park situated on a terraced slope above the beach with a captivating view of Hele Bay so that every caravan has a sea view. The beach is just a few dozen paces from your door with private access from the park itself via steps or alternatively there is sloping access from the street below. The many flower beds and traditional stonewalls provide an attractive environment and with no bar or clubhouse Beachside is an idyllic tranquil park to relax and enjoy your break away. Beachside Holiday Park has a range of one and two bedroom caravan holiday homes for hire, sleeping up to six people. Hele Bay is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has many walks with stunning views. From your accommodation you can watch the ever-changing sea, the passing boats, an occasional seal or cormorant and often a buzzard or peregrine falcon. At night you can see the stars undimmed by city lights and be lulled to sleep by the waves lapping gently on the beach. Why not bring your four legged friend on holiday with you as well? Beachside is a pet friendly park and we have a number of caravans that we allow well behaved, house trained dogs into. We do request that when on the park dogs are on a lead at all times and should not be left unattended. Hele Beach is a dog friendly beach, and in order to maintain Hele’s unique dog friendly policy, please keep your dogs under control and clear up after them. If possible please avoid taking your dog on the beach at busy times - there are plenty of walks near by. The park consistently accomplishes high standards of customer comfort and cleanliness and is part of an independent group of professionally managed parks, so you can be sure of a personal, friendly and efficient service at all times. You will always be assured of a warm welcome and with laundry facilities, a payphone and a wide selection of tourist information leaflets, maps and brochures you’ll find everything you need to make the most of your stay. Adjacent to the park there is a cafe overlooking the bay, within a few hundred yards there are two family orientated and dog friendly public houses, a petrol station/ convenience store and the Old Corn Mill Pottery and tea room. Within five minutes of the park there is an 18 hole golf course, an indoor swimming pool, playing fields with pitch & putt, a small children’s playground, haunted Chambercombe Manor and the historic Victorian town of Ilfracombe, full of things to do for the whole family.
