- Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Pitches: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged £5.00 ($6.07) per adult and £4.00 ($4.85) per child per day.
- Facilities/activities including equipment hire (mini golf, kayak, boat hire, paddle board rowing and motorboat hire) and instructor-lead activities are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
- Dogs are not allowed on the site beach. There is a covered seating area on the restaurant's deck where dogs are welcome.

Liked: On arrival the security who let us in was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the site was good, and the views were amazing. The pitch was level and roomy. The beach was nice Good layout, everything was easy to get too Fab soft play which was free
Disliked: The toilets unfortunately were not clean. If this had been a one off then I wouldn’t have mentioned it, but every time I used the facilities they weren’t clean. I really didn’t agree with the price of access to the swimming pool. Center Parcs swimming pool is included in the price and although I don’t think it should be free at Ladram bay, it should be a lower charge. For four adults and a small child it cost £33 for us all for an hour. I know that’s standard at a leisure centre, but when your paying to camp then it should be discounted so it’s accessible for all families.

Liked: Loved the views, the facilities are clean and tidy. Prices for drinks etc were reasonably cheap for a holiday park. Very close to the beach. Entertainments for children was excellent and bingo every night for the adults. Toilets and showers plentiful and clean. Would deffo come again.
Disliked: The hill to get back up to the touring pitches is very steep. The slope leading to plot 121 especially so. As I suffer from arthritic knees the walk down was very painful.

Liked: The site was lovely very clean facilities The only thing was I didn't have time to enjoy as I had a fall and had to go to hospital and then return home as I was put on crutches

Liked: Really lovely place amazing scenery, lots of Amenities, toilets and showers very clean, fish and chip shop amazing, beautiful and well kept holiday park. Staff all were friendly. The Beach was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was great and well looked after but very busy!
Disliked: The plots weren’t clearly marked when we arrived and people were kinda half pitched into our plot number and it seemed most were like a domino effect. When most people left on Sunday they did start marking these out but the spray paint was so strong ! Would have also loved a little park around the camping area for the kids rather than having to walk down to all the amenities as it seems they only have the one park which is quite unusual for a site like this. There was also a lot of stinging nettles growing out the bushes so before pitching up I had to cut the bigger ones that were poking out back, as I have a three year old who enjoys running around barefoot. Phone signal was bad for 4 and 5G (3 network) and the WiFi was very patchy .

Liked: Toilet blocks were good and clean by pitch 121.
Disliked: Kids kicking doors in toilet blocks and throwing tissues round. Kids climbing on top of toilet blocks built into hill. Not safe, should be barriers.
