Spitfire powered grass campsite
Liked: Friendly welcome, good utilities room (fridge, toaster, microwave, washing machine), decent shower/toilet block, quiet, right next to coastal path for amazing views/sunset.
Disliked: Was very windy for a few days! Not much can be done about that but you are situated by a cliff top.

Harleys Field FHU grass campsite
Liked: Very quiet, small site located on the coastal path in a site of historical interest Lots of rabbits and interesting wildlife / birds (such as choughs) Site was well maintained and the facilities that were open during our visit were clean. Beautiful sunsets…but you will need to walk to the coastal path if you want to see them set over the sea. Friendly and welcoming site staff The best Cornish Pasties we’ve ever tasted in St Agnes … and a lovely little museum with very welcoming staff
Disliked: The site was located along a narrow lane with no passing bays, so this is just worth bearing in mind if you have a large camper-van / caravan, or an inexperienced caravanner. Best to call the site ahead of time to check if any other vehicles are leaving / entering at the same time. The showers in our field were not open while we visited (which didn’t worry us too much as we had a shower in the caravan) but the single toilet cubicle often smelt pretty funky by the end of the day. Communication was a little poor compared to other sites we’ve visited via Pitchup - I had to call the site to request a confirmation email and again for information about the site when we arrived. The walks to be beach are stunning but along steep cliff paths. Alternatively the beach at Perrenporth is only about 10 minute drive away but parking is expensive in town, so this is worth bearing in mind if you are planning to spend the day at the beach.
