Liked: Very friendly quiet site and the facilities were so clean and well maintained. A few minutes walk to a nice pub which had a yummy carvery and it was really dog friendly. A great base for exploring the local beaches and the rspb reserve! We will return its a great site!

Elsewhere along the coast, take walks around the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (five minutes) or out to Selsey Bill (10 minutes), or go wildlife-spotting at Pagham Harbour Local Nature Reserve (15 minutes). To get a sense of the area’s history, a trip to Weald & Downland Living Museum (15 minutes) is a must – the various exhibits, demonstrations and buildings are great for getting kids intrigued in times gone by. There’s more history to soak up at Fishbourne Roman Palace (10 minutes) and around Chichester (10 minutes), where top recommendations include the cathedral, Pallant House Gallery and Festival Theatre. Changes to your holiday

Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Public areas are non-smoking.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Occupancy

Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Firearms are not permitted.
Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.
Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
