What customers say
Cozy, well-equipped shepherd's huts with thoughtful touches are a hit. Peaceful rural location, yet close to London, is a major draw. Comfortable beds and nice decor are noted. Some wish for updated USB ports, comfier outdoor seating, and found compost toilets a slight adjustment.

Shepherd's hut
Liked Great shower facilities, the eco loo didn’t smell at all, the beds were clean and comfortable.
The Shepard hut had a lovely cosy interior with all the cooking utensil essentials and lots of outdoor space which was perfect for our toddler to roam about.

Great value hut in a lovely spot
Shepherd's hut
Liked Lovely peaceful location. Super homey feel, even had some delicious homemade cookies waiting for us! Facilities in the hut were great - shower, toilet, fridge and gas hob. Check in and out were super easy.
Disliked Comfier chairs outside would take it to the next level. Beds would be a bit of a squeeze if you had two adults in each, and they are a little bit short for taller folks. We took one whole bed each instead which meant it was pretty plush!

Shepherd's hut
Liked Lovely location for an unplugged few days away. The little hut had everything we needed. Lovely little touches from fresh flowers, cookies, marshmallows for toasting and milk in the fridge. Beds were comfortable and we loved the attention to details with providing games, books, outdoor seating and fire pit. Very well thought out and a very peaceful location if you fancy a few days away from it all. Petworth House is worth a visit and not too far. Lovely to see the bats at dusk and watch the sky full of stars at night.

Delightful
Shepherd's hut
Liked Absolutely ideal location. It provided a great chance to escape from real life and to let the children run free across the fields and pick blackberries for snacks through the day.
The Shepherds hut was quaint and very well thought out, we had everything we needed plus the owner left us homemade brownies and marshmallows for the fire, as well putting milk on the fridge for us.
The beds are really comfy with fluffy pillows and duvet.
Disliked The compost toilets took some getting used to
