  • Glamping site with views over a wheat field on a working farm
  • Arundel 10 minutes' drive and Bognor Regis 15 minutes' drive
  • A 15-minute walk from Climping beach; only five minutes to a food pub
If you’re seeking a spot of peace and quiet and keen to glamp rather than camp the old-school way, this could be the place for you. Ryebank Corner is a welcoming glamping site in West Sussex, just 15 minutes' stroll away from Climping beach (where relaxing walks come highly recommended) and a 10- to 15-minute drive away from Arundel and Bognor Regis. Set on a working farm, the glamping units have views over a wheat field. They have everything you need to cook for yourself: a fully equipped kitchen station with a gas stove and an indoor and outdoor fridge. All that's left is to lay the table; the units also have tables and chairs. Sleep in comfort at the double bed and two folding single beds, where all bedding and towels are ready and waiting. Just bring along an extra pillow if you prefer to prop yourself up on two at a time. For your alfresco hours, each unit has picnic benches, a firepit and a barbecue. The owner already provides charcoal and two bags of logs, and if you ever need an extra bag of logs, they're also available from the site for a small fee. Any necessary food supplies can be acquired at the supermarket five minutes’ drive away in Littlehampton. If you ever feel like heading out for a delicious pub meal, there’s a pub five minutes' walk away. If you're down at Climping beach, which is known for being less crowded than some of its neighbours, there is another pub nearby in Climping; it's a 10-minute walk from the beach or 20 minutes from the site.

Liked We had the best time staying at Ryebank corner, the facilities were perfect for what we needed as a young family. The host was very friendly and made sure we knew where everything was and even sorted out a cot bed for our baby. Location was excellent too, definitely recommend the black horse pub a short walk through the field and a lovely walk to climping beach!

No wifi but definitely not needed (you still could get signal and internet anyway) but we were having too much fun for phones!

Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we hope to come again and have recommended to friends and family!

Highlights
- toasting marshmallows on the fire pit
- watching the combine harvester in the field right next to camp (the children LOVED it)
- meeting a friendly ginger cat

Local attractions

Stroll down to Climping beach in 15 minutes or so for a quiet stretch of sandy/pebbly beach. If you fancy trying some watersports, head to the kitesurfing school in Littlehampton, 10 minutes' drive away. If it’s a traditional seaside resort vibe you’re after, drive for 15 minutes to get to Bognor Regis to walk on the pier, ride the miniature railway and play adventure golf. There’s another lovely beach, flanked by sand dunes, over in Littlehampton too. Heading inland, the mighty medieval Arundel Castle is about 15 minutes away, with plenty of fun things to keep any budding knights entertained. The motor circuit, horse races and other events at Goodwood are about a 25-minute drive away. In the South Downs National Park, head out to historic sites and museums like Bignor Roman Villa (25 minutes' drive), the Weald & Downland Living Museum (half an hour) and Cissbury Ring (half an hour). Chichester (20 minutes), home to a stunning cathedral and lots of lovely shops, is not too far away either.
