Corporately run facility focussed on profit, not camping experience.

Liked: Clean toilet facilities
Disliked: - Limited opening times: Everything closes at 5. Shop, pool, attractions. Unless you are between the ages of 3 and 8, that's a bit inconvenient to say the least. Parents want a quick swim when the kids sleep? No chance. Dinner at a restaurant? Forget it. Want to hand in your freezer blocks to reception to freeze in the evening? Nope. - Staff are rude - They claim to be a family park, but 'no ball playing anywhere'. From my pitch I could see 8(!) signs. Very passive-aggressive signage. I also saw a ball confiscated by a member of staff. - No waste separation. Around the main sanitary building there were 14 (!) waste containers that said 'general waste only, no recyclables'. But i could not find any recycling station at all. - Super exposed pitches, no privacy and extremely windy, due to the location. Instead of investing in hedges to make it more comfortable, they maximized space for profit.

Liked: The reception lady at Warner Farm!!! What a lovely human. Thank you so much for letting my mum and step dad come and see us and for the day tickets to have a look round. They will definitely be booking a holiday with you guys. We honestly just thought we had booked 3 nights with our campervan, we did know that we had access to the park area etc. We will definitely be back!!!
Disliked: The wind... but you can't control the weather!!

Liked: Site is perfectly equipped with all amenities. All staff were friendly and helpful and the group we were with all commented how well organised the camp was, from check in to each activity and food service. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be coming again.

Liked: Entertainment was excellent Shower/toilets facilities excellent all over the site(s) Good size pitch with electric Arcades for kids were good and plentiful Site was clean and tidy Staff excellent (particularly ground staff) Pool was ok (only went in indoor) the outdoor looked great but wasn’t the right weather for us Check in was very efficient Loved how they gave us access to all the parks, just needed more info on what was where, the map didn’t reallly cut it Park and play areas were great The ocean bar on sea front was great, right on the beach with huge screen showing sky sports
Disliked: Lack of signage and info - the place is huge and there is plenty to do but very little info or guidance about what’s on Big concrete slab in the middle of the pitch was random but we managed to pitch around it Queuing systems in some areas were crazy!! Queue for a wristband for the pool the queue again to get in, mental! Queuing for the arcade ticket machines was too much, get more machines! The arcade gift shop (where the youngsters change their ticket receipts for a load of tat) was ridiculous, literally spent 2 hours queuing on last day! The size of the place was probably a negative as just too big!

Liked: Lovely facilities, toilets and showers were immaculate Warm welcome at reception and shown to our pitch by a helpful member of the grounds team. This is a huge site, we happily stayed here out of season but it wouldn’t be somewhere we’d stay at buy times.
Disliked: There were a couple of pitched close to us who were sat outside drinking until the early hours, there was a telephone number for the security team but we felt it better to put up with it than put them at risk due to the type of campers. This didn’t spoil our stay
