Liked: It was a peaceful family vibe. Alu (probably not spelt right) was friendly. Hardly any noise from the go-kart track. Heard a couple of boats in the morning but it only added to the camps vibe.Great wash up area. Will go again
Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: Everything, lovely, friendly campsite. Clean facilities. Lovely lake for fishing. Camber sands only a 10 minute drive away. Dog friendly. Small shop on-site for essentials. It was our first visit to this campsite and we will definitely return. The park warden, Ali, was so helpful and made us feel very welcome.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Enjoyed our stay on the Herons Park campsite, it was easy to find and a great base for visiting the surrounding area, particularly Camber sands and Dungeness. The site its self is quite a large open field with spacious pitch sizes with space for the car. The pitches are well looked after, there was no bogging or noticeable damage. The facilities are clean with a well stocked shop on site and friendly, helpful management. Really liked the off lead are for the dog to have a run around and explore the bramble pathways. Also, the sunsets were amazing! We didn't use the WiFi with the signal in the area thankfully being excellent.
Disliked: There wasn't anything in particular to dislike, if the site was full the toilet and showers would be a problem and if you plan to stay on site throughout the day you may get annoyed with the go-kart track.
