Liked: Really nice site which was easy to get to. Lovely bar and restaurant on site with friendly staff. Importantly for a family with kids internet access was decent. Will definitely return.
Disliked: Paying for electric seperate

From the manager: Thank you for your review. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay with us. The electric meters are something we fitted 18 months ago after much discussion in line with the rising cost of power along with many other parks. We hope you decide to stay with us again in the future.
Lovely site, and friendly, welcoming staff.

Liked: Lovely site, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Son loved exploring the site and loved the play area. The showers and toilets were very clean. Site felt very safe. The food in restaurant was lovely home cooked food. Would definitely go to the site again
Disliked: Dogs being in all areas of restaurant we didn't like dogs licking us while we were eating. Wouldn't be so bad if it was just a section of the restaurant so we could sit in a different section. Also the toilets and shower blocks are far away from the tents. They are closer to caravans who have toilets and showers in them.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to review our site and glad you enjoyed your stay. With regard to the dogs in Stepping Stones, we are sorry that some owners allowed there dogs to be a nuisance this is not what we want, we do reserve the conservatory as a no dog area, so hopefully next time we will try to ensure that we give you a table in that area. We look forward to seeing you again.

Liked: Fantastic! Beautiful holiday park. Great facilities. Good tent pitches. Extremely friendly. Very nice showers, toilets and music in them a nice touch plus tourist info leaflets and dogs allowed in too. Bar very reasonable and fantastic spot overlooking river. Kids were able to paddle in this. Just gorgeous. Our kids aged 9 and 6 said they've had the time of their lives this weekend. We've booked again already!

Liked: Very tidy site. Lovely level pitch with plenty of space. Super helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, modern toilet block.
Disliked: A small play area for younger ones would be nice but we found Billy Bob's nearby which was fab. Eleanor point was a toilet rather than a pit so a tad tricky and need to hold up the cassette.
