Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked: Small site with the most amazing views from all sides of the van. Friendly welcome and good facilities with heated bathroom/ free hot shower. Pitches flat, a good size and on just one side of the field. We walked to the Mill Inn in Mungrisdale a mile and a half or so away for a lovely evening meal.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Stunning views, beautiful site, and walks direct from site. Short 15 minute drive to Ullswater or Keswick. Only four campervan pitches, so felt like wild camping. Spotless facilities and lovely hot shower. Washing and drying facilities on site. A great location, but quite exposed if it's windy, the price of the views I guess.
Disliked: Only real negative, is just one combined shower and toilet, which could mean a wait if someone else is using. Ideally they could do with another toilet.

Liked: View was incredible, site was extremely clean, pitches well spaced out and limited in number. Owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. Access to washing machine and tumble dryer.
Disliked: Single shower and toilet between about 10 people was problematic at times.

Liked: Whole setup is well thought out with things within easy reach and logically situated, the one toilet and shower works as it's very compact site and it meant minimal chance of queuing, and that view is stunning.

Primitive grass campervan campsite
Liked: Fabulous site and directions when needed. Very small and totally rural, being on a hillside near Ullswater. Hence two curlews flying noisily overhead in the early evening.
Disliked: Not a problem for us as we had only one other couple on site to share the sole toilet/shower room combined. Had all four lots been occupied that might have been inconvenient. Pun intended.
