Watch out - we will be back!!!
Powered cement/asphalt and grass RV campsite
Liked We really enjoyed our stay at Coalbeck Caravan Site, despite the three days of downpour! The site is clean, tidy, and very well situated for exploring the Lakes. Our host was welcoming and made us feel at home. We definitely plan to return—next time in the sunshine, so we can make the most of everything we missed this time.
Disliked What I disliked (minor issue):
As someone with mobility issues, I personally found the gravel roadway to the wash block a little difficult to negotiate. However, once inside, the facilities were warm, spotless, and very comfortable.

Liked Flat pitch and good facilities
Received a wonderful welcome
Own bathroom was a nice touch
Walking distance to the spa (which has a grill restaurant)
Disliked Nothing with the park - did find that pitch was in a bit of a wind trap and it was particular windy that night - so although Roof Tents accepted it was a bit of a rocky night
