Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.
• Modifications are subject to a £25.00 ($33.60) fee.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 3 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

Extras

• Facilities/activities including hot tub and firepit hire are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £100.00 ($134.38) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 8 p.m..
