  • Very small campsite on a working farm in Northumberland
  • A 15-minute drive from Northumberland Country Zoo or Cragside
  • A 20-minute walk from village pubs, a café and a local shop
Christmas Farm is a very small campsite set in the grounds of a working farm in rural Northumberland. A quiet part of one of the farm's paddocks has been fenced off for guests, where you'll have splendid views over the local countryside and plenty of fresh country air. This is a quiet spot with a very small number of pitches, so the site asks that guests respect the peace and quiet of others who may be staying here. The site is roughly a 20-minute walk from the small village of Longframlington, where amenities include two pubs, a café and a local shop. For some more shopping, along the high street or at the market, the historic market town of Morpeth is a 20-minute drive away from base. Christmas Farm is inland and has easy access to lots of scenic spots in the Coquet Valley, but the Northumberland Coast National Landscape can also be reached with a 20-minute drive or so. Set your sights on Northumberland National Park, 25 minutes' drive away, for hikes, cycling and starry skies. Its popular location, Kielder Water, is around an hour's drive away.
