Highfield Farm is a peaceful campsite. Level pitches, with electric hook up available. The shower block offers free hot showers, with four toilets so there is never a queue. Huge washing up sinks with plentiful hot water. We have fire pits you can borrow if you want to have a fire - but fires on the ground are not allowed. We don't over book - we like to keep out site quiet, and give our guests space. Noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times due to our free range chickens. We have 12 alpacas that you are welcome to watch - they lower the blood pressure!

Local attractions

We are close to the disused railway line - you can use this to walk or bike to neighbouring villages. It runs all the way into Hull for safe biking! Spurn Point is 30 minutes away, and the beach at Withernsea is 15 mins in the car. We are a short walk from the bus stop. Halsham Riverside is just down the road - a cafe that serves meals, as well as an interesting fruit and veg shop. Ottringham village has a cafe, a pub that serves food Thurs - Sunday, an Indian restaurant and a small shop.
