What customers say
This well-kept campsite has a prime location with direct beach access via cliff-top stairs. Sites are roomy and mostly level, with facilities usually called clean and modern. Guests often rave about the friendly staff, on-site food, and great ocean views. Despite some mentioning steep beach stairs and spotty Wi-Fi, many highlight the site's excellent value and peaceful vibe, wanting to return.

Seaside primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Camping pitches how everyone was spaced out, made the experience peaceful. Every staff member were lovely and polite.
Disliked I know there’s bugs when you camp but the toilets camping end had an infestation of everything Friday night, it would be good to have a UV light and or notice to keep door closed.

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked nice laid out site, amenities were very clean and looked after, easy to find and being right next to the beach was a bonus but in saying that it is a very steep climb down the steps to get there!
Disliked could do with a small shop or cafe which is open.

It was ok…..but not great value for money.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked The amazing view of the sea from the end of the campsite and access to the sea.
Disliked Hot water was variable. Loos by the Barleyfield pitches didn’t flush reliably and weren’t always as clean as you could have been. Bizarrely, no plugs in the washing up area. Booking was smooth with pitch-up but adding a day by phone was long winded and when we arrived, they’d noted us arriving a day early but got us down as leaving a day early.
