The location is excellent but the amenities very basic for the cost.

Wulfrun MegaPod cabin
Liked: The setting and scenery was lovely. Staying in the middle of a quiet and peaceful woodlands with plenty to do, see and explore right on the doorstep. The pitches are well laid out to give space and privacy.
Disliked: The pod was poorly equipped for a family stay. When paying luxury prices I would have expected a few more basics to have been provided. The kitchenette didn't have enough plates for the four of us (and we're dirty when we arrived) and cutlery was a basic plastic spoon/fork/knife. The knife not sharp enough for even cutting bread or cheese. It perhaps needs to be made clearer when booking that the kitchen area does not come with any utensils. Had we been camping I would have bought all these things with me but when paying "glamping" prices I would expect basics such as a sharp knife, bottle opener and BBQ tools to have been provided. Or even just enough plates for the number of people booked!

From the manager: Thanks so much for taking the time to write this review. We now have new cleaning staff, so hopefully, these problems will not arise again. If you had talked to us whilst on site, we would willingly have sorted you out. We hope to see you again.
