Ryeland is a caravan and camping site located between Lakenheath and Beck Row in Suffolk. The campsite is situated on a rural back road, which is part of a 14 acre property that once was flat, bare ground. Mr and Mrs R Newman have spent many years building and planting trees and plant life on the land. Although Ryeland is set more in farming land area you only have to go for a 10 minute drive and you have Mildenhall and Lakenheath or further afield you can reach Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and even Norwich.

Route directions

From the A11 at Barton Mills, take the A1101 towards Mildenhall, go straight over the mini roundabout, straight across at the traffic lights and turn right at the next roundabout following the A1101. Go straight over two mini roundabouts with the Esso garage on your left. At the next roundabout turn left staying on the A1101 towards Beck Row, Mildenhall airbase will be on your left handside. When you enter the 30 mph zone in Beck Row village you will pass a garage and a public house and shortly after you will see a sign on your right for Wilde Street, turn right here. Follow this road out of the village for about 3 miles until you see the entrance to Ryeland Farm campsite. You shouldn't miss us as we have a large aeroplane just inside the driveway!
