Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked: Location was good. It was quiet.

Disliked: There was no where to get water on site. The only taps had fittings for large irrigation systems. The entry and exit required the use of a step ladder to unlock and manually open a height barrier. Going in an out took considerable effort. After pitching up, I was politely approached and asked not to let me my dog on the grass, because it was being seeded. I had a sad dog after that. Toilet had, no paper towel, soap, or toilet paper. There was a lack of bins anywhere close to where they wanted you to park. I was also told not to have my gas bbq which was on legs on the grass. I was already following the written rules. I can't see how that would have been a problem but complied anyway. Seems like this lot want their cake and to eat it too. making it difficult to get in and out, stay off the grass, even though 99% of it is grass, and charge as much as a caravan park with all the facilities,

Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked: The morning after our stay our mature camper, failed to start and we weren’t recovered until after six pm. The Rugby club were fantastic, offering us any help at all that we needed and told us not to worry about having to pay for our over stay. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much

Disliked: Nothing at all

Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt RV campsite

Liked: Absolutely Nothing.

Disliked: To gain entry tried ringing both of the numbers but no answer,so walked to club so obtain the code, then had to climb a step ladder to unlock the height barrier, fortunately my Husband was able to do this. Once through this we found a car park described as a camping ground, cold communal unisex showers with no cubicles and toilet across the Rugby Field. To describe this as a camp site with facilities is a Joke we booked for 2 nights but stayed 1 we moved to another site with proper facilities.

Liked: The people working at the club and the rugby president and all the others were so helpful and welcoming. We were made to feel very welcome. Flat level ground. Rugby fans so good to be able to watch 2 games. 15 min walk to the bus stop to take a bus to Leamington Spa/Oxford. Family/group ticket £8 return.

Disliked: We weren't able to fill up as we couldn't connect to the tap.
