What customers say
Family-run site with spacious spots and lovely views. Owners are friendly, atmosphere is relaxed. Great for families with kids' play areas and animals. Near Alton Towers and pubs. Basic, clean facilities with an honesty box. A few noted limited restrooms/showers, but excellent value and highly recommended.

Primitive grass and earth RV campsite
Liked Really nice camp site nice views and sunset a local pub nearby, site with drinking water and toilets and chemical waste provided but no showers or electric hookups ( extra toilets provided) over this weekend for the VAN HIPPIE CAMPOUT which was amazing just be careful travelling narrow roads though the villages, I would recommend this site the price was reasonable but I attended the campout event .

Primitive grass and earth RV campsite
Liked Lovely clean site. Very welcoming owner who made me feel at ease as a solo female camper testing my van for the first time! Love the animals and play equipment for the kids. And the honesty box is a lovely touch and very well stocked. I'm looking forward to returning with my daughter soon.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Plenty of space especially for the children too play and surrounding your pitch greeted lovely by the owners really friendly.. It was fathers day so the lady brought all the men a bottle to celebrate which I think was a really nice touch.nice little pub just up the road to be able get out of the burning sun and hot tents defo be back again
Disliked Only issue we could of said was that we were not aware that we needed to take our rubbish away from the site so was a bit of a squeeze when leaving as were already packed and full in the car other than that brilliant place to stay

From the manager: Hi thank you for your review and we are really glad you enjoyed your stay, however if you book again just so you know you do not need to take your rubbish away we have a commercial bin close to the honesty hut, sorry any inconvenience.

Primitive grass and earth RV campsite
Liked A lovely little family run campsite in a small village location. Very peaceful, great views and friendly owners. Toilets are clean and well lit at night and there is a pub just around the corner and a lovely tea room less than a mile away. What more could you ask for?
