Liked: A warm welcome from Simon and Bev . Very clean toilets, with clean hot showers. Not a big site . So it was peaceful and in a good location for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Liked: The WHOLE campsite to ourselves!! The BEST shower after a week of touring 6 sites around Wales/Shropshire. Absolutely zero phone coverage (I appreciate some may see this as a negative...not me) Simon sent a courtesy text prior to arrival confirming pitch location, he met us at the gate and was really helpful :)

Liked: The site is small and quaint. Had roughly 15-20 grass pitches. The shower and toilet facilities were new, and very well maintained. The site is ideal for those looking for walks on the English/Welsh boarder. The site was dog friendly. No WiFi signal which was nice to keep my teenager son off his phone. We stayed on pitch 9. Take wellies and good walking shoes :)
Disliked: My only concern (not a dislike) is when the site is at full capacity the room for each pitch would be quite small. On my visit there was only 7 tourers so wasn't an issue.

Liked: Beautiful location. The only noise was from sheep, the babbling brook and the dawn chorus. The facilities were cleaned regularly and in good condition. They had additional outdoor activities which kept the youngest member of the family very happy. The dog was warmly welcomed and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay too.The owner was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be going again.
Disliked: Only issue was limited service, no WiFi, but to some that would be a bonus.
