This small, friendly, quiet farm site has 11 level grass standings with electric hook up with extra space on the slope for tents. Picturesque views of the surrounding South Shropshire hills. For a local area map see: http://www.northfarmludlow.co.uk/map.html BY ROAD: A49, Ashford Bowdler, take the B4361 for Ludlow, after approximately 2 miles on approaching traffic lights, take the first left before the bridge (sign posted Wigmore, Burrington) our brown tourist information sign with a tent, caravan and horseshoe will be visible. The entrance to the campsite is approx. 3/4 mile on the left. BY RAIL: Ludlow is reached from London (Paddington) via Newport, Monmouthshire. Rail services also connect to Shrewsbury and the North and the Midlands; and to South Wales and the South West. BY BUS: Bus services run to Birmingham and Shrewsbury; and to Hereford connecting with the coach service to London (Victoria Coach Station). PLEASE CONTACT US for further information or reservations

Situated adjacent to Mortimer's Forest with marked walks (1-10miles) including an all ability trail, a safe environment for children to explore the countryside. Ideal terrain for mountain biking. A convenient location for the Mortimer Trail (30mile walk between Ludlow and Kington.) Horse riding is available on site - www.northfarmludlow.co.uk Ludlow - the walled Medieval town contains many interesting and ancient buildings with Guided Town Walks available on weekends from Easter to October. Ludlow has ample restaurants, pubs and cafes to suit all pockets and palates. The Linney Recreation Ground (1.2 miles) runs along side the River Teme - ideal picnic spot. The Ludlow Leisure Centre with indoor pool and flume is 2.5 miles from the site.
