On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 2 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including garden spa are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 27 consecutive nights.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• There are no garbage cans onsite: all garbage will need to be taken home with you.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 05/01 and 10/06.
• The spa is open between 05/01 and 10/06.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £25.00 ($33.76) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £50.00 ($67.12) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 9 p.m. and 7:30 a.m..
• Units heavier than 3500 kg are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 9 p.m..
