Liked: Great site, small and quiet. Pub and shop with in 10 min walk, owners very friendly and plenty of shelter from trees. Shower pressure was great, only 2 male and female toilets and a shower each but every time I needed to use them I got them. Fishing is a great bonus and at an affordable £5, we caught fish after fish but can’t hire fishing equipment any more but plenty of tackle shops near by. Great location for visiting fantasy island and skeggy, not a lot of space for children to play ball games but my teenagers enjoyed their stay
Disliked: Not dislike but shower room could benefit with some clothes hooks

Liked: I realised a week before half term that I had booked the wrong week and was about to be made a 'no show'. I phone to explain the mishap and the team couldn't have been more helpful. Luckily they had a pitch available the week after and transferred my booking which they did not need to do. Fair to say they're doing an amazing job in what was absolutley horrific weather. Nice small quiet site with clean facilities. Owners very welcoming and helpful. We don't fish but the lake looked well stocked with healthy fish. Would recommend and we'll be back. Recommend pitch 8, 9 or 10.
Disliked: Nothing that was in the owners control and not weather related.

Liked: Pretty sure, quiet and clean. Also pleasantly small with a lovely lake in the middle with surprisingly friendly fish!
Disliked: Dislike is too strong. I would recommend that the toilets and showers be made unisex, as there were only two showers (1 X ladies, 1 x men) and two toilets (again 1 X ladies, gents). These were identical and separate so no obvious reason for segregation. I had to queue for the ladies' loo whilst the gents was available.
