Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The indoor swimming pool is open between 05/01 and 08/31.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- The bar and restaurant are open Wednesday to Sunday and on bank holidays.

Liked Very well priced for the pods for what they are and close to the toilets and clubhouse stayed during the cold and bad weather and stayed warm and dry all night .

Liked The friendly welcoming, everyone was so lovely and talked to you like they knew you for years! Phil the owner was tip top amd his lovely dog bosco 😍. Jen behind the bar, the loveliest lady!
I honestly would reccomened this site 10000%. I went into this being abit sceptical because the pod was only £20 a night, ( im an avid glamper) however, I was so so happy that I chose this place to stay for 1 evening, we most certainly will be back as it was honestly the best vibes ever!! It's an absolute steal for the price too, lovely quiet location also and the food 👌🏼.

Liked The site was ok club on site was good. Play area for kids was ok.
Disliked We were put on a pitch got set up and had to move as we were on someone elses pitch. People dont clean up after their dogs .i have 2 and always pick up. Electric kept going off. Very disorganised

We have just opened the park and there always a few issues considering the the amount of rain we have had
Lucky we have hard standing not only on the touring field but with in the carivan park
Your comments about the dog fouling is the first I have seen in 3 years
I will have a chat with our grounds man

did drive of for the day and when you returned somebody else had takern you spot
I can only apologise
But please in the future put something on your pitch to hold it
The mistake must have have happen when my amazing staff changed shift
And your private note about the toilet paper running out ots always an issue we put out 40 rolls this week end
And again when camping please take your own
This time of year . We do open and it is a challenge but that's why we only charge £20 pounds a night

Liked The cleanliness of the park, the riverside tavern for it's food and atmosphere
Disliked Being woken up at midnight beyond what sounded like half the park (customers AND staff involved) shouting, arguing and fighting, with threats of arson and suicide

Disliked Rude owner. Been waiting for my refund and he went from saying yes I'll send it to pitchup owe you it even though pitchup have emailed him telling him to pay me. And still he's made no payment and just ignores me or says pitchup will sort it. No need for all this and I'd never leave negative feedback but when not paid what I'm owed and been told he has to pay.. Why would I leave good feedback

There was some issues with pitch up and stripe account
And it touch us and pitch up 3 weeks to resolve
