Liked: The range of activities on site, really reasonably priced. The customer service was excellent, the kids are asking when can we go again and so is the husband since he spent most of the weekend fishing! Lovely little gem of a site.
Disliked: Could use a laundrette

Liked: this was our first stay at market Bosworth, camping with our children and grandchildren in campervans. Apart from the wet weather, we had a fabulous time and the rain didn't really bother the younger ones as they were in the lake most of the time. We didn't let the English weather spoil our break! We all loved the site and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The shower /toilet facilities were really good and clean and warm. we were impressed by the washing up sinks too. We felt the site was compact but not overcrowded and felt peaceful. As we have dogs, and it was great that they were welcome too. The crazy golf was used a couple of times and much fun was had. We took our own paddle boards, but also used the sites pedalows . The shop was handy and staff friendly. Although we appreciate that a cafe was not necessary, we did think that a drinks machine, tea, coffee and not chocolate would be a good idea to have in the shop. This is not a criticism but a possible suggestion for the future. However, all in all, we had a lovely break on a beautiful site, which we all agreed was great and would like to come back to.

Liked: There was a nice view over the lake, lots of birds
Disliked: The site was rundown and in in need of maintenance. Our pitch had a fence that bits of wood that had come off, they were lying around and had nails sticking out of them. Not good with a 3 year old child who wanted to run about. There was also some chicken wire with the ends sticking out at the edge of the fence, again safety concerns as it was sharp. The sandpit had a lot of rubbish in it and weeds. Toilet block in need of updating and as the site filled up became in need of more regular cleaning. It is a site that sounds good but does not live up to the promise.

Liked: What a hidden gem. Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return and recommend. Great park, stunning settings, a lovely little sanded area and water for the kids to paddle in, totally safe. Water activities if wanted. Beautiful sunset over the lakes whilst the kids still playing in the water. Really was a brilliant peaceful stay.
