Primitive grass travel trailer campsite

Liked: Great relaxed arrival and check in, nice big area to choose a spot, as we didn't require an electric hook-up. Lovely having a bar on site to relax in for a while in the evening before retiring to the van for the night. Lovely friendly staff!

Disliked: The men's toilets were not very clean, and smelt quite bad unfortunately.

Liked: Position is great for walks and visits to stow bourton & Morton. 2 lovely pubs in Oddington within a mile walk. Site and facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff in the bar were lovely

Disliked: Being accosted by a Rottweiler from the Severn Group motor caravan club demanding my card and finding out the had pitched one of their members on my pitch

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite

Liked: Nice easy access site and pitches. Lovely surroundings and a great base. The pizza place on site is an added bonus and well worth sampling. Staff on site are friendly and the facilities are clean.

Disliked: The toilets need to be thought out a bit more as you need to be a contortionist to get in and the showers could do with a bit more space.

Liked: The pizza van on the Sunday evening the pizza was amazing and the staff were nice

Disliked: The Site was very steep not many flat areas. We tried ringing the number provided but no one answered and no one returned our call. The Toilets were dirty, we arrived at 1.30pm on Sunday and left at 10.30am on Tuesday and no one had been anywhere near the toilets or showers to clean them and they were a mess, not sure what we got for our £26 a night but it was too much for the state of the facilities. We had read some reviews about the facilities but thought the people had been unlucky when the management had replied, but I have photographs that show how bad the facilities were.

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite

Liked: The rugby club was easy to find and access from the main road. The site was quiet and not busy. There was plenty of space for children to play (10 year old child). The toilets and showers were well equipped and clean.

Disliked: The slope on the camping field may put some people off, we pitched our caravan at the bottom of the field, and whilst it was dry we didn’t have a problem towing back up, it may prove more difficult in the wet.
