A countryside site where the pitches are large with peace and quiet. Field Barn Park is an adult site for the over 30s for our visitors to come and relax in beautiful countryside. The site in a small secluded fold of the Cotswold Hills only a mile from Bourton-on-the-Water. The site is away from roads (as far as possible), houses and streetlights. The pitches are on firm free draining mown grass suitable for motorhomes and caravans and tents. Many trees and shrubs have been planted for light shading and an element of privacy. The pitches are all numbered and are a generous 100 Sqm, all have electric, 10a, and access to water. Please bring long cables as some hook-ups are up to 15m from the pitch. The site has a free shower and lavatory block with under-floor heating for those chilly times of year. Full disabled facilities are available. There is a washing-up room with use of a large fridge freezer; also a pay clothes washing machine. Dogs are very welcome with two areas available to walk and excersice them. Bourton-on-the-Water is only a mile away and can be reached either by the road or a footpath across the fields. The village is well stocked with all ones needs; there is a bank, post office, iron momger, bakery, grocer, paper shop, fuel, gas, pubs, restaurants, a model village made in 1947, a motor museum, lovely village green by the river, and many little gift shops. During the season we have a lovely warden couple to help, advise and provide security.
