Liked: A nice little site with good facilities. The fishing seemed very popular. No disturbance from the other campers. One even spotted my collection of ducks in my campervan and gave me a shark to add to my collection. We named him Feargal!

Probably more suited to people who are there to fish

Liked: The toilets were brand new and very clean
Disliked: I was stood at the filthy reception for 40 minutes before anyone came to greet me or help me. Nobody was answering the phone numbers provided. They didn’t have actual parking spots they just shoved us in the middle of the green where everyone sits and eats? Useless

From the manager: I am sorry Megan you had to wait at reception for forty minutes as I was helping a another person who was locked out of there caravan You booked a non electric pitch and you was allocated non electric pitch 2 not sure what more I could have done for you for a one night stay And the toilet are not new they are seven years old but cleaned twice a day by a great staff Yours springwood team

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The dog. No defined area for non-electric pitches within a very small campsite. Only one shower. Facilities not as advertised i.e. no freezer.

From the manager: good afternoon I am sorry you did not like my dog most people love him to bits .i would just like to point out also that there are three shower blocks on the site not one as as you described the other two are near the hard standing pitches .each pitch weather its electric or non electric is defined by a pitch number is see from the booking system you were on non electric pitch 2 for your stay . as for the freezer you are correct is was not working on your vista but it is fixed now kind regards springwood team
