Barn Farm is located on the edge of the Peak District overlooking the Derwent Valley, we are a haven for wildlife including Badgers and rare Black Fallow Deer. There are also over 60 species of birds such as Nuthatch, Dippers and Peregrine Falcons. We feel we have excellent facilities on site and a number of our shower blocks have individual showers. Our main shower block is open 24 hours a day. We have facilities for laundry and drying. Our games room is very popular with our younger guests with arcade games and tv with freeview channels. We also have an outdoor playground. Campers have the use of a fridge and freezer in the games room aswell as a TV for those unmissable TV programmes. If you want to relax after a long walk we also have a sauna which is free for campers to use! Our on-site shop stocks groceries, camping and caravan essentials including those forgotten items from home! There are a number of peacocks which wander the site aswell as 6 alpacas which are waiting to greet you on your arrival at Barn Farm. We allow dogs as long as they are kept on a lead and are looked after by their owners at all times. Aswell as camping we have hardstanding touring pitches.
