Liked: Great location with beautiful views. Clean and tidy site. Our pitch was sheltered by a hedge which provided great protection from the wind. Toilets and showers were immaculately clean. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Very peaceful site with excellent toilet/shower facilities. Onsite shop covers basic needs at reasonable prices. All staff we met were very pleasant and polite. Perfectly located for cycling and walking trail which can be taken for a 20 min walk to a local pub which is dog friendly and does food. Would definitely visit again.
Disliked: Was a little disappointed that the swimming pool was out of action during our stay due to maintenance repairs. The chemical disposable point is a long distance away from the touring area, it seems like the tourers have been re located due to static caravan area being enlarged, a new toilet and shower facility has been placed on the touring field but I can’t understand why a chemical disposal point was not fitted. Would have given 5 stars but for these two points.

Disliked: The elsan disposal point wasn't anywhere near the touring / motorhome pitches
