Powered concrete and grass caravan site
Liked Modern toilet and shower blocks.
Disliked Pitches neglected and on a considerable slope overlooking scruffy permanent plots Location meant frequent road noise from nearby quarry and nothing around for a few miles.

From the manager: We look at all reviews to help us improve or change but when people book and don’t look at our description, then we cannot use these reviews. The pitches are not neglected but dry and crisp like the whole of the country. There s a road but it is not the M1 , within a ten minute drive you have Belper or Ashbourne both great market towns with amazing shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs to cater for all tastes. Within a five minute drive , you have a petrol station that sells everything, a pub and a farm shop. Sorry you won’t be returning but please do your homework before leaving a review on another site

Liked Location
Disliked Toilets have broken seats,no hot water available at sinks,no hand drying facilities. Poor state of field. To empty toilet cassette a wooden board over an open pipe is the option.
